Prior experience needed: Bellydance level 1 is recommended

We will step up the skill and fitness level in this open level BellyDrills class!

The name says it all; this is a drills class to challenge your bellydance technique. Practice makes perfect, and this high intensity class will not only give you a great workout but will also advance your dance by challenging core, balance and stamina.

Wear comfortable form-fitting clothing ,which will allow you to see your body movements (yoga attire is appropriate). Footwear can range from dance sneakers to foot undies or bare-feet. Hip-scarfs are optional but recommended.

Drop-ins ($15) are allowed for BellyDrills.
